Founded in 2020 by Kara Bishop, GEN-D was born out of a simple idea: people need more than just beautiful spaces—they need reliable support to truly use them well. After years of working in interior design and construction management, Kara kept hearing the same frustrations from clients: managing the day-to-day demands of a property was overwhelming, time-consuming, and often fell through the cracks.

GEN-D was created to fill that gap. We provide integrated space solutions that blend thoughtful design, hands-on property care, and personalized services to help people get the most out of their environments—whether it’s a home, venue, or shared space. From seasonal maintenance and project oversight to event facilitation and space optimization, GEN-D is here to make spaces work for you.
